Privacy notice
Short version: your details are used to reply to you, and nothing else.

What is collected
When you use the contact form, PAve the Way Mentoring receives the name, email address, optional phone number, the stage you selected and the message you wrote. The submission also records the time it was sent and the IP address it came from, which is used only to limit automated spam.
How it is used
To reply to you, to arrange and deliver mentoring sessions, and to keep a record of our correspondence. Your details are never sold, rented or added to a marketing list without you asking for that.
Who else is involved
- Postmark (Wildbit, LLC) delivers form submissions as email. Their privacy policy governs that processing.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and provides its security and delivery network.
- Calendly powers session booking. When you book, the details you enter there are handled under Calendly's privacy policy.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies of its own. The Calendly booking widget on the contact page may set cookies necessary for scheduling when it loads.
Keeping and removing your information
Enquiries and session notes are kept only as long as they are useful for supporting you and for ordinary business records. Ask at any time for a copy of what is held about you, or for it to be deleted, and it will be done.
Confidentiality
What you share in a mentoring session stays between us. Mentoring is educational and professional support. It is not medical, psychological or legal advice, and it does not create a clinician–patient relationship.
